Instructions to Delete Account and Data
Delete Your UNIUS Account
UNIUS allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to delete your account:
Open the UNIUS app.
Go to Profile.
Open Account Settings.
Select Delete Account and Data.
Confirm the deletion request.
If you cannot access the app, email us at support@unius.in from your registered email address with the subject “Delete My UNIUS Account”.
When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize your profile information, account details, location information, and personal settings, subject to applicable law.
Some records may be retained where necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, moderation, or investigation of reports. Public references, past chat context, reports, and safety records may be retained or anonymized where required to protect users and maintain community safety.
Account deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period after verification.
